Dale Fitzgerald, aka Protokol was born and raised in Kingston Jamaica. He grew up in the Seaview Gardens area which is known to have produce some of reggae's most talented artists such as; Shabba Ranks, Bounty killer, Elephant man, etc. With this musical background and influences he was inspired to carry on the work of creating a positive vibe through music, to unite and uplift the youths and to make a difference in society. He continues to pursuit his goals of becoming an Artist and doing music as a nine to five, and is working on making his first real hit record along with many more to come. He is currently residing in Waterbury, Connecticut, nevertheless he still representing Jam Rock and is setting and example for upcoming artists; reminding them that you can achieve anything u want if u work hard,smart and consistent at it.
